Get Better Soon Soup - Easy

Hey Everyone! It's recipe time again! I want to introduce to you my very own soup recipe to help against the common cold. This soup is packed with natural anti-inflammatories and spices to help flush out pathogens within your system, boost your immune system and clear out your airways. The ingredients in this recipe have shown beneficial effects in prevention and treatment of seasonal illnesses. Therefore this soups is essential during these winter months when the air is cold and the days are short. The ratio of ingredients in this soup can be changed depending on your personal taste. The amount of chilli used in this soup makes the soup very spicy, which is great when you have a cold that weakens your taste, but less great if you are someone who doesn't tolerate spice well.
